How does the recruiting process work?
We have a big recruiting team who manages job listings, reads incoming applications, determines fit, and coordinates the interview and offer processes. The interview process can often include multiple interviews with a variety of Relaxoites. You should be ready to share examples of your work and passion areas to help us get a sense of who you are beyond your resume.
Will you contact me regarding the status of my application?
Because we receive thousands of resumes, we can’t personally reply to each submission. Your application will be reviewed, and someone on the recruiting team will reach out directly if they’d like to schedule an interview. Should your application match the role requirements (or otherwise inspire us), you will likely hear from someone in recruiting within a month of applying. Whether or not you hear from us, your application will remain on file for potential future openings.
Here are some interview tips
1. First Impressions Matters
Greet your interviewer with a smile and firm handshake. Give eye contact.
2. Be Equipped and Organized
Read the Interview Call Letter and carry all the necessary documents solicited from you. Re-read your resume just before the interview. Do your research thoroughly and go through Relaxo’s website to know more about the organization, products and success story.
3. Don’t be in a Hurry to Answer
Answer questions properly – even if you need a few moments’ quietness to collect your point of view.
4. Why should Relaxo hire you?
Be ready to talk about your knowledge, experience, abilities and skills. Have at least three strong points about yourself that you can relate to Relaxo and job on offer.
5. Be Optimistic
Interviewers like to see someone who enjoys a challenge and is enthusiastic.
6. Focus on Body Language
During the interview, do not fold your arms and lean back or look to the floor! Sit straight and try to maintain decent eye contact. Many people cannot think and control their body language at the same time, which is why you need to prepare.
7. Cultivate Affinity
Display energy and smile occasionally. Ask your interviewer questions about the position and challenges of the role.
8. Clear up anything you are uncertain of
If you are not certain what are meant by a particular question, ask for clarification. At the end, ask the interviewer if there is anything else he or she needs to know about. By following the three Ps – prepare, practice and perform, you can turn yourself into a candidate who would not look out of place during interview.
Graduate Engineering Trainees / Diploma Engineering Trainees /Management Trainees/ Supervisors
In order to create a pool of high caliber Engineering & Managerial Talents, the Company inducts fresh Engineering, Management Graduates as well as Diploma Holders in Footwear Technology or Engineering in different streams of Production, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering and Management. Trainees are taken in the Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Retail, Purchase and Supply Chain areas.
Trainees are put through a Tailor Made, cross-functional, multi-location training program; after successfulcompletion of the training they are absorbed in their respective functional departments.
Summer /Autumn Trainees
In order to fulfill our corporate responsibility to the professional institutions, of providing practical training to the students as part of their academic requirement and to undertake important Business Projects, every year the Company takes Summer/Autumn Trainees from various institutes of the country.
Relaxo handpicks top quality students from reputed institutes across the country to undertake projects in the field of Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Retail, Purchase and Supply Chain areas.
Campus Connect Activities
Relaxo conducts many activities such as Industrial Visit, summer / Autumn Training our leadership team also participates in Guest Lectures and Panel Discussions across various Institutes in the country.
